It organizes work in a clear hierarchy — client, project, milestone and task — where every task carries its acceptance criteria, comments, dependencies, attachments and links to the GitHub commits, branches and PRs that resolve it.
Beyond tracking, it trains the client's users with courses and quizzes, issues weekly and monthly reports with an AI-written summary, starts from project templates and bills by milestone or by month. Three roles — admin, developer and client — each see only what concerns them.
Each project is modeled as a living structure: acceptance criteria define what 'done' means, and GitHub links connect every task to the real code that closes it.
