Philosophy

What holds up every decision we make.

Not a manifesto. These are the technical principles we build on — and the reason a compact studio delivers like a big one.

01

Development is AI, not AI bolted on

We don't add a copilot to the old way. We use AI at every stage — design, architecture, UX, code, testing, infrastructure and operation. That's the difference between speeding up the old thing and redesigning how software is built.

02

AI-native from the spec

AI isn't bolted on at the end: it's designed inside the system from the first spec. An architecture built for AI from day one is born different — and better — than one that adds it later.

03

Galaxy: verifiable method

AI supplies the volume; the method supplies the quality. Spec, plan, build and operate, each step with its verifiable artifact. Nothing moves on trust, and speed never turns into debt.

04

Hold the frontier

We keep an AI Lab because building better with AI requires understanding it from the inside. We research open models, persistent memory and local compute; what we validate there improves what we deliver in production.

05

We use what we offer

We build on our own ecosystem — Aria — and operate with it every day. What we deliver has already passed the toughest filter: our own daily use, before it ever reaches a client.

06

Judgement stays human

The one thing we don't delegate is deciding what to build and validating that it's right. AI does the volume, verified criterion by criterion; the person approves at the points that matter. That line is deliberate, not a limitation.
