Nicolás Günther

Nicolás Günther is the founder and CEO of hyperz. A software engineer with a multinational career, he designs and operates artificial-intelligence systems end to end — and studies them with the same rigor he builds them.

That second half is deliberate: to build better with AI, you have to understand it from the inside. He leads an applied R&D effort exploring open models and in-house training, develops the persistent memory that gives an AI continuity and identity, and brings inference and memory to local hardware. What he proves in the lab returns, hardened, to the software he ships in production.

His method has a name: Spec-Driven Development — turning ambitious ideas into precise, transferable, executable systems, built and operated with AI at every step. It's the foundation of Galaxy, hyperz's methodology, and of the Aria ecosystem.

A mentor and evaluator of technology startups, he helps founders turn a vision into a real, scalable product. He's guided by a lens of modern digital philosophy and ethics —not only how to build AI, but what AI is worth building— and a twice-exceptional (2E) profile that shows in how he crosses disciplines and reasons in systems. He believes in LATAM's talent and in technology with purpose: ethical, sustainable, in service of human impact.

His thesis is simple: AI isn't added to software at the end — it's how software gets built, from start to finish.
