Galaxy
Our methodology, built on Spec-Driven Development.
Galaxy is the discipline we build with: Spec-Driven Development over our entire orchestrated AI stack. First we spec the what and the why, then we turn it into a verifiable plan, only then do we build with AI, and finally we operate with every action traceable. Each step leaves an artifact you can review.
It exists because AI builds fast, but on its own it doesn't guarantee quality — the method does. Galaxy is the same discipline we used to build Aria — our own AI in production — before applying it to any client.
Spec
We define the what and the why before touching code.
Plan
We turn the spec into a verifiable, tracked plan.
Build
We build with AI, criterion by criterion.
Operate
We deploy and operate, with every action traceable.
Every step leaves a verifiable artifact
Nothing moves on trust. The spec is versioned, the plan is tracked task by task, every acceptance criterion is verified, and every production action stays observable. If something breaks, you know exactly where and why.
AI does the volume, the method guarantees the quality
AI supplies the speed and the sheer amount of work; Galaxy is what keeps that speed from turning into debt. Human judgement is reserved for the one thing that can't be delegated: deciding what to build and validating that it's right.
Our own tools — Aria Project included — close the loop
The plan doesn't live in a loose sheet: it lives in Aria Project, the same platform we offer as a product. We build with the tools we build, so the method is tested against its own use before it reaches a client.
With Galaxy, we build ourselves — Aria, our AI in production, included. We apply that exact method to your system, with no shortcuts and no 'trust me'.
